Those organizing the series have a breadth of experience.
There are five directors:

Artistic Director, David Clink, who directed the Art Bar Poetry Series for 3 years, is the author of 5 poetry chapbooks, a consultant with the BRAVO Series The Heart of A Poet, and is co-publisher of believe your own press.

Administrative Director, Halli Villegas, who is the publisher of Tightrope Books, and is the author of 2 books through Guernica Editions, Red Promises, and, In the Silence Absence Makes.

Treasurer, Ned Hagerman, who ran the Atkinson College (York University) Readings at Noon Series for over 20 years, and is a professor emeritus of York University.

Marketing Coordinator, Catherine Graham, who teaches Elements of Poetry at Sheridan College and creative writing at the University of Toronto, and is the author of The Watch (published by Abbey  Press - Northern Ireland) and Pupa (published by Insomniac Press).

Development Officer, Ian Burgham, who is an adjunct Assistant Professor at Queen's University, and President of Garrison Creek Educational Services, whose first book of poetry, The Stone Skippers, was published in May 2007 by Tightrope Books.
